From humble beginnings, with shear determination, Lynyrd Skynyrd has made a mark in the music industry, one that was made on their own terms, their own way! Intimidating an industry, that still ignores the impact this band has made in music. Faced with tremendous heartache, scandals, criticism, lawsuits, and defying the odds; this band has continued to rise above and carry on, still selling out venues nationwide with their "Vicious Cycle Tour". Lynyrd Skynyrd continues the legacy started by Ronnie Van Zant. 2003 Marked the 30th Anniversay of Lynyrd Skynyrd's first album release "(pronounced leh-nerd skin-nerd)". It's been a long road for this band to make it where it is today. There have been many line ups thru the years, each contributing to the Lynyrd Skynyrd Legacy.
